At the heart of great Wedding Photography

My style and approach to wedding photography

Bride and groom arm in arm smiling after just getting married in Nottinghamshire

If you’re planning a wedding that’s more about the real moments than the traditions, we’ll probably get on just fine.

This page is all about why I'm a documentary wedding photographer.

WHAT DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHY MEANS TO ME

My approach is simple: no awkward posing, no directing the day — just honest, relaxed storytelling that captures everything you felt, not just what it looked like.

ABOUT ME

creative wedding photography

I’m a huge believer in wedding photography being as natural as possible.

That's why I offer a short, relaxed shoot before your wedding so we can get to know each other. It’s not about posing — it’s about connection. You'll get a feel for how I work and realise there’s no pressure to perform.

It's a gentle way to ease any nerves and make the camera feel like less of a thing on the day.
